By accessing and using VideoFly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VideoFly is an AI-powered video generation platform. Users can generate videos using AI models by providing text prompts or reference images. Generated content is subject to the limitations and policies described herein.

3. Content Safety & Prohibited Content Policy

VideoFly enforces a strict content safety policy. The following types of content are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Not Safe for Work (NSFW) / Adult Content: Any sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-oriented content is strictly forbidden. This includes nudity, sexual acts, or any content intended for adult audiences only.
  • Content involving minors: Any content that depicts, suggests, or implies minors in any sexual or inappropriate context is absolutely prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
  • Violence and Hate Speech: Graphic violence, gore, content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other characteristics is prohibited.
  • Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable laws, including content promoting illegal activities, is prohibited.
  • Deepfakes and Impersonation: Creating misleading deepfakes of real individuals, impersonating public figures, or creating content intended to deceive, harass, or harm real people is prohibited.
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted material, is prohibited.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination, content removal, and may be reported to law enforcement if applicable. VideoFly reserves the right to review any generated content and remove it if it violates these policies.

4. Content Moderation

VideoFly employs automated and manual content moderation to detect and prevent the generation of prohibited content. Our AI models include built-in safety filters. Users who attempt to circumvent safety measures will have their accounts permanently suspended. If you encounter content that violates our policies, please report it to aisupport@sora3ai.blog.

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use VideoFly. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6. Credits and Payments

VideoFly operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating videos. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. One-time purchase credits expire 365 days from the date of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using VideoFly, subject to compliance with these Terms. VideoFly grants you a non-exclusive license to use the generated videos for personal and commercial purposes, provided the content complies with our policies. VideoFly retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VideoFly does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoFly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

VideoFly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform.
